Bold, experimental, and rooted in authenticity, rising artist Luke Starring is set to ignite speakers across the country with the release of his new EP, Fantastic 4, dropping at midnight on major streaming platforms.
Blending gritty nostalgia with modern bounce, Fantastic 4 (Prod. By MOS) is a Hip-Hop/Urban Kwaito offering that clocks in at 11 minutes and 32 seconds of pure energy. The four-track EP showcases Luke’s dynamic versatility, collaborative spirit, and dedication to carving out a fresh lane in South Africa’s ever-evolving musical landscape.
Tracklist:
- Kumnandi ft. Nuff
- Ntofo Lyf ft. Howza
- Samayethu ft. Supreme Shaman & Suup Zulu
- Top Thokozile
Each track offers a different slice of Luke’s artistic identity — from the infectious joy of “Kumnandi” to the township-rooted anthem “Top Thokozile.” Notable appearances from seasoned rapper Howza and emerging voices like Nuff, MOS, Supreme Shaman, and the Kasi Wi-Fi Suup Zulu make this EP both a celebration of legacy and a showcase of what’s next.
“This project is about community, culture, and coming full circle — creatively and spiritually. It’s short, but it hits where it needs to,” says Luke.
Following his recent 4 Bars appearance and growing momentum in the underground scene, Fantastic 4 cements Luke Starring as a key figure in the new-age Kwaito renaissance.
